Job summary

Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Practice Learning Facilitator to provide leadership, education, quality assurance and clinical support to promote high-quality learning environments and patient care across the Trust.

You will coordinate student placements with Higher Education Institutions and placement providers, ensuring capacity and positive learning experiences across programmes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in education and clinical practice settings.
• Ability to coordinate placements with HEIs and placement providers.
• Experience in quality assurance and auditing of learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, education, quality assurance and clinical support to promote high‑quality learning environments and patient care.
• Coordinate student placements with Higher Education Institutions and placement providers, ensuring capacity and positive learning experiences.
• Support development and continuous improvement of practice learning environments, including creating placement opportunities and contributing to educational audits.
• Collaborate with universities, clinical teams and external stakeholders to strengthen educational partnerships.
• Contribute to workforce development strategies, policy development and quality improvement initiatives.
