Adapt 365 is seeking a Practice Lead to head a new delivery engine around Copilot, AI and Power Platform for a major enterprise client. You’ll shape how delivery works from the ground up and work with senior leadership to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery of Copilot and AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with Power Platform within a Microsoft partner or consultancy.
• Ability to manage senior client relationships and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Copilot, AI and Power Platform solutions.
• Oversee scoping, development, adoption and governance.
• Manage revenue and utilisation across the delivery team.
• Sit on the client steering committee and maintain senior relationships.
• Act as the main escalation point for delivery issues.
• Build and develop a team of AI consultants and architects.
• Improve delivery throughput using AI.
