Job summary

Adapt 365 in the United Kingdom is seeking a Practice Lead to head a newly established delivery engine for Copilot, AI and Power Platform for a major enterprise client.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage revenue and utilisation, and sit on the client steering committee, acting as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders.

The role offers a clear path to scale the practice, with close collaboration from senior leadership and direct influence on how delivery operates from ground up.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Copilot and AI-enabled delivery experience.
• Proven revenue and utilisation management in Microsoft delivery.
• Comfortable managing senior client relationships.
• Lead/Architect level readiness to step up.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Copilot, AI and Power Platform solutions.
• Manage revenue and utilisation of the delivery team.
• Sit on client steering committee and own senior stakeholder relationships.
• Escalation point for delivery issues.
• Build and develop a team of AI Consultants and Architects.
• Improve delivery throughput using AI.
