Job summary

Adapt 365 is seeking a Practice Lead to head up a new delivery engine focused on Copilot, AI and Power Platform for a major enterprise client. You will own end-to-end delivery, build and lead a team of AI consultants and architects, and sit on the client steering committee to manage senior stakeholder relationships.

The role offers a chance to shape delivery from the ground up, influence strategic decisions, and scale the practice as Copilot and AI capabilities mature.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Copilot and AI-enabled delivery background with Power Platform.
• Experience in client-facing delivery within Microsoft partner or consultancy.
• Proven ability to manage team utilization and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Copilot, AI and Power Platform-based solutions.
• Manage revenue and utilisation across the delivery team.
• Sit on the client steering committee and own senior stakeholder relationships.
• Act as primary escalation point for delivery issues.
• Build and lead a team of AI Consultants and Architects.
• Track and improve delivery throughput through the use of AI.
