Adapt 365 is building a new delivery engine around Copilot, AI and Power Platform for a major enterprise client in the UK. The Practice Lead will shape how delivery works from the ground up and report to senior leadership.

The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, governance, and building a high-performing team of AI consultants and architects, with a clear path to scale as the practice grows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end delivery of Copilot, AI and Power Platform projects.
• Proven ability to manage teams, utilisation and revenue in a Microsoft delivery practice.
• Comfortable owning senior client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Copilot, AI and Power Platform solutions from scoping to governance.
• Manage revenue and utilisation across the delivery team.
• Sit on the client steering committee and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues.
• Build, lead and develop a team of AI consultants and architects.
• Track and improve delivery throughput using AI insights.
