Job summary

Adapt 365 in the UK is seeking a Practice Lead to head up a newly established delivery engine for Copilot, AI and Power Platform-led solutions for a major enterprise client. The role is strategic, with scope to shape how delivery works from the ground up.

You will own end-to-end delivery, oversee scoping, governance and adoption, manage revenue and utilisation across the delivery team, and sit on the client steering committee as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Copilot and AI-enabled delivery experience.
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and revenue.
• Experience leading teams in a Microsoft delivery practice.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Copilot, AI and Power Platform solutions.
• Oversee scoping, development oversight, adoption and governance.
• Manage delivery team utilisation and revenue.
• Represent the delivery team on the client steering committee.
• Develop and mentor AI consultants and architects.
