Job summary

Turning Point UK is seeking an experienced Practice Improvement Lead to provide operational leadership across two services, Midpoint and The Stewarts, during a period of mobilisation and growth.

You will drive service improvement, embed best practice, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care. This fixed-term role requires building capable teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and sustaining services within local communities across Hertfordshire and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Operational leadership experience in health and social care.
• Experience in service mobilisation, transformation, or change management.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and leaders.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery and service development across two services (Midpoint and The Stewarts).
• Oversee mobilisation activities and service readiness for new developments.
• Coach, develop and empower managers and colleagues.
• Embed best practice, continuous improvement, and a values-led culture.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and quality standards.
• Build partnerships with commissioners, healthcare professionals and local authorities.
