Job summary

Turning Point, a leading social enterprise, is recruiting a Clinical Services Manager to lead its Integrated Substance Use Service in West Northamptonshire. You will oversee prescribing and wellbeing clinics, drive clinical governance, and monitor performance indicators while delivering high‑quality training and safeguarding across the team.

• Senior nurse with clinical experience in drug and alcohol settings.
• Ability to engage with commissioners, colleagues and service users.
• NMC registered with an active PIN and safeguarding knowledge.

• Manage prescribing and wellbeing clinics and oversee clinical audits.
• Drive clinical governance and performance indicators; drive continuous improvement.
• Provide regular clinical supervision, appraisals and high‑quality training to staff.
