What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Partner closely with a senior Practice Group Leader to streamline group operations
  • Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and strategic planning events
  • Monitor and manage business development and practice group budgets
  • Execute administrative functions that align with firm-wide initiatives
  • Analyze practice group financials including profitability and client growth
  • Contribute to the development and execution of practice group business plans
  • Support process improvement efforts to boost operational efficiency

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • 1-3 years of experience supporting leadership in a professional services or legal environment
  • Proven ability to analyze data and contribute to financial and strategic discussions
  • Comfortable navigating firm operations, internal processes, and client expectations
  • A natural collaborator who thrives in face-to-face, team-focused environments
