Job summary

Reliance High-Tech / Reliance Protect is seeking an Enterprise Electronic Security Engineer to deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance across CCTV,Access control, IDS, intercoms and PIDS in highly secure environments. You will also update on-site records, coordinate with the service desk, and participate in training to maintain technical proficiency.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 in Electronic Security or equivalent proven experience.
• Knowledge of Access control / CCTV / Intercom / Intruder systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a Planned Preventative Maintenance program across a multi-site contract.
• Provide fault-finding & PPM on CCTV, Access control, IDS, intercoms, PIDS and security doors.
• Maintain up-to-date dockets and PPM checklists on-site.
• Communicate clearly with client and Reliance service desk; log faults.

Ready to take your security engineering career to the next level? We're seeking a talented Enterprise Electronic Security Engineer to deliver PPM on access control, CCTV, and integrated security solutions across a highly secure customer’s environments.

Your Role

• Deliver a Planned Preventative Maintenance program across a multi-site contract the successful candidate will need to at a minimum be required to pass the clients own SC clearance, but the expectation is to achieve DV level clearance.
• Provide technical expertise in fault finding & PPM on CCTV, Access control, IDS, intercoms, PIDS and security doors
• Provide clear communications to the client and the Reliance service desk making sure all faults are logged and clearly described.
• Updating of dockets, PPM checklists, and any operation spares that are present on-site
• Participate in team meetings and actively contribute towards the business’ activities.
• Strive to maximize personal development and performance and take active part in performance reviews and personal development plans. Maintain up to date technical knowledge through internal and external training provision.
• Operate according to the requirements of business-specific applications and processes and the broad application environments (e.g., order submission, stock control, timesheet submission, job closing, etc.)

• Knowledge of digital electronics principles and systems
• Health and Safety
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP and other network fundamentals of UFE's (Unified Front End)

• ACS –Lenel OnGuard & S2
• Intruder – Honeywell / Texecom

• Recognised Qualification in H&S (IOSH/CSCS)
