Job summary

Reliance High-Tech is seeking an Enterprise Electronic Security Engineer to deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across multiple sites, including CCTV, access control, IDS, intercoms and PIDS. The role requires on-site work in a highly secure environment with SC clearance possible and potential DV level clearance.

You will collaborate with the service desk, update dockets and PPM checklists, and contribute to continuous improvement through training and on-site spares management.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 in Electronic Security or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Access control / CCTV / Intercom / Intruder systems.
• Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
• Health and Safety.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP and network fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a Planned Preventative Maintenance program across a multi-site contract.

Your Role

• Deliver a Planned Preventative Maintenance program across a multi-site contract the successful candidate will need to at a minimum be required to pass the clients own SC clearance, but the expectation is to achieve DV level clearance
• Provide technical expertise in fault finding & PPM on CCTV, Access control, IDS, intercoms, PIDS and security doors
• Provide clear communications to the client and the Reliance service desk making sure all faults are logged and clearly described.
• Updating of dockets, PPM checklists, and any operation spares that are present on-site
• Participate in team meetings and actively contribute towards the business’ activities.
• Strive to maximize personal development and performance and take active part in performance reviews and personal development plans. Maintain up to date technical knowledge through internal and external training provision.
• Operate according to the requirements of business-specific applications and processes and the broad application environments (e.g., order submission, stock control, timesheet submission, job closing, etc.)
