Job summary

XPEL is seeking a PPF Designer in the United Kingdom to create and refine Paint Protection Film patterns for new vehicle models using our Design Access Program (DAP). You will template vehicles, test patterns, and ensure high-quality designs reach our global customer base.

The role requires travel up to 50%, strong communication, organisational and analytical skills, and a UK driving licence with a valid passport. Salary £32,000–£38,000 with a potential over £45,000 and a 10% quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• GCSEs requirement including English and maths.
• Must be highly motivated, organised and detail-oriented.
• Strong work ethic with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and hold a valid UK driving licence and passport.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PPF patterns for new vehicle models
• Template vehicles at customer locations (dealerships, OEMs, etc.) or at XPEL-owned facilities
• Test, review, and improve existing PPF patterns where required
• Enter and maintain accurate designs within XPEL's Design Access Program (DAP) system
• Interact with DAP software users and customers as needed
• Provide support on design-related queries
• Carry out other duties as assigned
