Job summary

XPEL Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Window Tint Film Designer to create and refine patterns for new vehicle models using XPEL’s Design Access Program (DAP). You will template vehicles, test patterns, and ensure high-quality designs reach our global customer base.

This medior role requires initiative, accuracy, and the ability to travel up to 50% as needed. A full UK driving licence and a valid passport are essential.

About the Role As a Window Tint Film Designer, you will play a key role in creating and refining Tint Film patterns for new vehicle models. Using XPEL’s proprietary design software, you will template vehicles, test and improve patterns, and ensure high quality designs are made available to our global customer base.

• Design and implement Window Tint Film patterns for new vehicle models
• Template vehicles at customer locations (dealerships, OEMs, etc.) or at XPEL‑owned facilities
• Test, review, and improve existing Window Tint Film patterns where required
• Enter and maintain accurate designs within XPEL’s Design Access Program (DAP) system
• Interact with DAP software users and customers as needed
• Provide support on design-related queries
• Carry out other duties as assigned
• This role involves significant travel, estimated at up to 50% depending on business needs
• Applicants are required to hold a full, valid UK driving license and a current, valid passport

Required Qualifications

Salary & Benefits

• £32,000 – £38,000 base salary (medior level), with growth opportunities up to £45,000+ annually
• Eligibility for a 10% quarterly bonus plan
