Job summary

XPEL Ltd. is seeking a PPF Designer to create and refine Paint Protection Film patterns for new vehicle models. You will template vehicles, test patterns, and ensure high-quality designs reach our global customer base using XPEL’s Design Access Program (DAP).

You will travel up to 50% as needed, collaborating with dealerships, OEMs, and internal teams to maintain accuracy and drive improvements across our PPF portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 GCSEs, including English and maths.
• Highly motivated, organised, and detail‑oriented.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• This role involves travel up to 50% depending on business needs.
• Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and a valid passport.

As a PPF Designer, you will play a key role in creating and refining Paint Protection Film patterns for new vehicle models. Using XPEL’s proprietary design software, you will template vehicles, test and improve patterns, and ensure high quality designs are made available to our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement PPF patterns for new vehicle models
• Template vehicles at customer locations (dealerships, OEMs, etc.) or at XPEL‑owned facilities
• Test, review, and improve existing PPF patterns where required
• Enter and maintain accurate designs within XPEL’s Design Access Program (DAP) system
• Interact with DAP software users and customers as needed
• Provide support on design‑related queries
• Carry out other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• A Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and maths
