Job summary

XPEL, Inc. is seeking a PPF Designer in Biggleswade, UK. You will create and refine Paint Protection Film patterns for new car models using XPEL's design software, template vehicles at various locations, and test and improve patterns to ensure top quality designs reach customers globally.

The role requires travel up to 50%, strong GCSEs, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Base salary £32,000–£38,000 with growth potential to £45,000+ and a 10% quarterly bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and maths.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PPF patterns for new vehicle models.
• Template vehicles at customer locations or XPEL facilities.
• Test, review, and improve existing PPF patterns as needed.
• Enter and maintain designs within the DAP system.
• Interact with DAP software users and customers; provide design support.
• Travel up to 50% as required by business needs.
