Job summary

XPEL is seeking a PPF Designer in the United Kingdom to create and refine Paint Protection Film patterns for new vehicle models using our Design Access Program (DAP). You will template vehicles, test patterns, and ensure high-quality designs reach our global customer base.

The role requires travel up to 50%, strong communication, organisational and analytical skills, and a UK driving licence with a valid passport. Salary £32,000–£38,000 with a potential over £45,000 and a 10% quarterly bonus.

Using XPEL's proprietary design software, you will template vehicles, test and improve patterns, and ensure high quality designs are made available to our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement PPF patterns for new vehicle models
• Template vehicles at customer locations (dealerships, OEMs, etc.) or at XPEL-owned facilities
• Test, review, and improve existing PPF patterns where required
• Enter and maintain accurate designs within XPEL's Design Access Program (DAP) system
• Interact with DAP software users and customers as needed
• Provide support on design-related queries
• Carry out other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• A Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and maths
• Highly motivated, organised, and detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• This role involves significant travel, estimated at up to 50% depending on business needs
• Applicants are required to hold a full, valid UK driving license and a current, valid passport.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation experience
• Automotive aftermarket or vehicle-related technical experience
