Job summary

XPEL Ltd. is seeking a PPF Designer to create and refine Paint Protection Film patterns for new vehicle models. You will template vehicles, test patterns, and ensure high-quality designs reach our global customer base using XPEL’s Design Access Program (DAP).

You will travel up to 50% as needed, collaborating with dealerships, OEMs, and internal teams to maintain accuracy and drive improvements across our PPF portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 GCSEs, including English and maths.
• Highly motivated, organised, and detail‑oriented.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• This role involves travel up to 50% depending on business needs.
• Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and a valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PPF patterns for new vehicle models.
• Template vehicles at dealerships, OEMs, or XPEL facilities.
• Test, review and improve existing PPF patterns.
• Record designs in DAP system accurately.
• Interact with DAP users and customers as needed.
• Provide support on design‑related queries.
