Job summary

Beeswift Limited, based in Birmingham, is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to provide specialist PPE knowledge, support sales growth and ensure compliant product selection across designated categories.

The role requires strong technical understanding, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel extensively across the UK, with occasional overseas participation in trade events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical product, category, sales support or product specialist role.
• Experience within PPE, safety, industrial distribution, workwear or related sectors.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate technical specs into customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical product guidance to support customer requirements and sales opportunities.
• Support the sales team with product comparisons, technical information and guidance on relevant standards.
• Deliver customer meetings, site visits, product trials and wearer assessments where input is required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, standards and industry developments.
