Job summary

Manesis Search & Selection is seeking a Safety Sales Executive to cover field-based National accounts across the UK. The role focuses on premium PPE portfolio with technical expertise and value-driven selling to senior Health & Safety leaders and procurement teams.

You will deliver site hazard assessments, product demonstrations and training, building long-term strategic relationships nationwide. A competitive starting salary is offered with bonus, company car and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in safety, PPE, industrial supplies or MRO sales, business development or specialist consultative roles.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Management: develop and manage a portfolio of national end users and engage with Health & Safety managers and procurement heads.
• Collaborate with regional field sales to identify, develop and convert safety specifications in existing and prospective national accounts.
• Conduct site hazard assessments, product demonstrations and technical consultations to prove product efficacy.
• Promote premium PPE solutions and demonstrate value to secure user specification.
• Deliver product applications training and safety education to end users, partners, and internal teams.
