Job summary

Milwaukee UK, part of Techtronic Industries, is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand PPE & Workwear sales across the island of Ireland, with focus on the UK market. You will build relationships with end users and distributors, develop territory strategies, and drive profitable growth for Milwaukee & Ryobi products.

You will bring at least 2 years PPE sector experience, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in PPE sector with proven target-driven business development.
• Understanding of Milwaukee product market and ability to apply it to growth.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Good IT skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement the Milwaukee growth strategy.
• Identify prospect customers and develop pipeline growth.
• Develop product range development and promotional planning.
• Maintain annual business plans at account level.
• Maximise turnover and profitability to meet targets.
• Provide monthly turnover forecasts to line manager.
• Communicate with management, finance, logistics, marketing and customer services.
• Explore alternative distribution channels to grow PPE/Workwear in the UK.
• Carry out ad hoc responsibilities as requested by the Line Manager.
