Milwaukee UK is seeking an Area Sales Manager based in Northern Ireland to drive growth across the Irish market. You will manage dealer relationships, identify new business, and execute territory plans while reporting to the Field Sales Manager.

This role requires travel across Ireland and occasional UK duties. You will work within a fast-paced sales team, building strategic partnerships, maximizing profitability, and delivering on territory targets with a strong emphasis on customer service and

Qualifications

• 3+ years field sales experience in the Power Tool sector is desirable.
• Proven track record in selling to independent retailers and wholesalers.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement Milwaukee growth strategy with pricing focus.
• Build relationships with key customers and secure new accounts.
• Maintain annual business plans at account level aligned to strategy.
• Drive turnover and profitability with existing accounts to meet targets.
• Identify new opportunities through product range and promotions.
• Provide monthly turnover forecasts to line manager.
• Communicate with management, finance, logistics, marketing, product development, customer service.
• Explore alternative distribution channels to grow UK trade.
