Job summary

Vision for Education in Ramsey is seeking a qualified Primary Supply Teacher / PPA Teacher to work flexibly across Ramsey and surrounding areas.

You can choose the days you work, the year groups you prefer, and whether you want daily supply or regular PPA cover. Great work-life balance and local schools near you are on offer.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Be confident with classroom and behaviour management.
• Provide two positive references relating to your recent teaching experience.
• Enhanced DBS check is required or you must be willing to obtain one.
• Salary is dependent on experience, training and/or qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver flexible supply and PPA cover in Ramsey and surrounding areas.
• Choose which days you want to work and the year groups you prefer.
• No ongoing planning, leadership roles or staff meetings with daily supply.
• Support schools by delivering high-quality lessons in line with curriculum expectations.

Primary Supply Teacher / PPA Teacher - Ramsey

What you'll need

To work as a Primary Supply Teacher with Vision for Education, you will need to:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK


• Be confident with classroom and behaviour management


• Be enthusiastic, adaptable and able to engage pupils


• Hold an Enhanced DBS check or be willing to apply for one through Vision for Education


• Provide two positive references relating to your recent teaching experience

Daily rates are dependent on your scale rate, experience and qualifications and will be discussed during registration.
