Job summary

Vision for Education is recruiting Primary Teachers for flexible supply and PPA cover roles in Newmarket and the surrounding areas. Choose the days you work, tell us the year groups you prefer, and we’ll find opportunities that fit around you.

Whether you want one or two days a week, regular part-time work or the flexibility of daily supply, we’ll work with you to find the right fit, with excellent daily rates and dedicated consultant support.

Qualifications

• Must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Be confident with classroom and behaviour management.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable and able to engage pupils.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS check or be willing to apply for one through Vision for Education.
• Provide two positive references relating to recent teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Choose the days you want to work and the year groups you prefer.
• Work in local schools as close to home as possible.
• No ongoing planning, subject leadership or staff meeting commitments with daily supply.
• Daily hours typically align with school timetables (e.g., around 8:15am–3:30pm).

What you’ll need

To work as a Primary Supply Teacher with Vision for Education, you will need to:

Salary is dependent on experience, training and/or qualifications.

Daily rates are dependent on your scale rate, experience and qualifications and will be discussed during registration.
