You will deliver engaging lessons across year groups, support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs in a specialist setting, and help maintain a safe, structured learning environment for re-engagement with education. Holding QTS and ability to manage challenging behaviour are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a school or PRU with behavioural needs is essential.
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Ability to manage challenging behaviour and set clear boundaries.

Aufgaben

• Deliver engaging and adaptable lessons across a range of subjects and year groups to cover teachers' PPA time.
• Support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs in a specialist educational setting.
• Establish clear expectations and promote positive behaviour through consistent classroom management.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs and abilities.
• Create a structured, safe and supportive learning environment where pupils feel valued and encouraged.
• Work collaboratively with the wider school team to support pupils' academic progress and personal development.
