Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Provide consistent classroom cover during PPA time.
• Maintain a positive, safe and engaging learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Adapt approach to different year groups and pupils' needs.
• Ensure pupils make progress and stay engaged.
• Collaborate with class teachers and staff.
• Provide feedback on pupil engagement and outcomes.
