Job summary

Speedy Group UK is seeking an experienced Engineer to join our hands-on workshop team, working with a varied powered access fleet to develop technical skills and progress within the Speedy Group.

You will carry out inspections, estimate repairs, read electrical and hydraulic drawings, and ensure safety and quality standards. Collaborate with the depot team to keep equipment available for customers and maintain a safe, organized workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Previous engineering experience within powered access or similar equipment environments.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic drawings.
• Good attention to detail when identifying and estimating repairs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections and identify required repairs.
• Accurately estimate repair requirements.
• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic drawings.
