Job summary

Speedy Hire Plc is seeking a Powered Access Engineer based at Erith to service, refurbish, repair and maintain powered access equipment. You will ensure that equipment is safe and reliable before hire, working with a team of engineers at the Erith site.

You will need CAP registration ideally, plus experience on Niftylift, Skyjack, Genie and JLG, with skills in estimating repairs, fault finding, and reading electrical/hydraulic drawings.

Qualifications

• What you'll need: CAP registration preferred but not required; training offered.
• Experience on powered access equipment (Niftylift/Skyjack/Genie/JLG).
• Ability to estimate repairs with attention to detail.
• Fault finding and diagnostics experience.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic drawings.

Responsibilities

• Service, refurbishment, repair and maintenance of powered access equipment.
• Ensure customers receive safe, reliable equipment and uphold excellence.
• Work at Erith site with a team of engineers to refurbish and test gear.
