Advanced Access Platforms in Corby is seeking a Hire Controller/Administrator to join our busy office. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary up to £32k depending on experience and a Monday–Friday 8:00–17:30 schedule with an hour lunch break.

You will handle customer enquiries by phone and email, process hires and off-hires, maintain records, and support the hire team to ensure smooth operations. Training and progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Strong organisational abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good IT skills with Microsoft Office; training will be provided on our hire system.
• Able to work as part of a team and support colleagues.
• Proactive, with initiative and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong attention to detail in administration and records.
• Previous office experience is important; experience in hire or similar industry is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email with professional service.
• Process equipment hires and off-hires accurately and efficiently.
• Answer incoming calls and manage customer communications.
• Support the hire team with day-to-day running of the busy hire office.
• Maintain accurate hire records and complete relevant administration.
• Assist with organising and coordinating hire requirements for a smooth service.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
