Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment LTD are seeking an experienced Powered Access Fitter to join their team in Sleaford.

This hands-on role involves workshop-based servicing, repairs and PDI checks, plus field-based breakdown support. A stable, long-term opportunity with a reputable company in the powered access sector.

You will work on a range of equipment, ensuring safety and reliability, with a Monday-Friday schedule and a company van provided.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with powered access equipment.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills.
• Comfortable working on workshop and customer sites.
• IPAF/PAL or CAP qualifications are not essential.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair powered access equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
• Carry out PDI inspections and machine checks.
• Attend customer sites to carry out repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure equipment is safe, reliable and ready for hire.
• Work independently and manage repairs through to completion.
• Support the wider plant and workshop operation when required.
