Job summary

GE-Vernova- in the United Kingdom is seeking a Power Systems Engineer to support the design, installation and commissioning of dedicated test-beds. You will use MATLAB, DigSilent, PSCAD, PSSE and related tools to model, simulate and validate power systems.

You will collaborate with customers and multi-disciplinary teams, produce specifications and technical reports, and help ensure safety and compliance with standards. The role offers flexible working and a rewarding benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant subject is required.
• UK National and eligible to obtain UK security clearance (UK Eyes Only) or equivalent.
• Working towards or holding CEng qualification.

Responsibilities

• Perform power system studies and analysis using specialist software.
• Support design, installation and commissioning of test facilities.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for reviews.
