Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Coordination & Planning Manager to lead the planning and coordination of power-related activity across the organisation. You will ensure maintenance, resilience improvements and outages are planned effectively in line with customer service levels and regulatory requirements.

You will work with operational teams to minimise disruption to capital delivery and help shape future ways of working within the Power Resilience team at Thames Water.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning or coordination within utilities, engineering or another regulated environment.
• Experience guiding or developing a team.
• Experience working with engineering, operations, contractor or delivery teams.
• Experience using digital tools or data insights to improve planning.

Responsibilities

• Planning team support and leadership: guide and develop the planning team to deliver the Power Strategy.
• Coordination and planning: oversee power-related field activities aligning with SLAs and regulatory needs.
• Collaboration and integration: align plans across engineering, maintenance, operations and delivery.
• Stakeholder coordination: build relationships to coordinate planned and reactive works and minimise disruption.
• Performance and compliance: monitor planning KPIs, budgets and internal/external standards.
