Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Project Operations Coordinator at our Rugby site to support senior project managers across multiple equipment delivery projects. You will take ownership of commercial, financial, procurement, and logistical tasks to enable project leaders to focus on delivering outcomes for customers.

The role emphasizes coordination across procurement, invoicing, FATs, site visits, and documentation, with opportunities to influence process improvements within a dynamic energy technology

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects in engineering/industrial environments.
• Practical understanding of invoicing, payment terms and cost tracking.
• Ability to handle complex technical and commercial information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with financial control and cost analyses.
• Assist in managing invoicing, evidence, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate procurement: raise POs, track deliveries, maintain records.
• Coordinate FATs and hardware inspection logistics and attendees.
• Organise project meetings and site visits, bookings and catering.
• Maintain project documentation and records management.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine customer communications.
• Contribute to improvements of project operations processes.
