Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst in the UK to bridge business teams and technical delivery for Power Platform solutions. You will translate business problems into structured solutions, capture requirements, and create user stories and specs for delivery teams.

You will design model-driven apps, canvas Power Pages, and automate processes with Power Automate while configuring Dataverse and related components.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and its components.
• Experience translating business needs into user stories and specs.
• Ability to document requirements and acceptance criteria clearly.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between operational business teams and a technical delivery capability, translating business problems into structured, deliverable solutions.
• Capture, validate, and document business requirements; convert into user stories and specifications.
• Support design of Power Platform solutions and balance business need with technical feasibility.
• Develop model-driven apps and canvas Power Pages for user-facing solutions.
• Create and maintain Power Automate flows to automate processes and improve consistency.
• Configure Dataverse tables, forms, and business rules for scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing solutions to maintain health of live automation estate.
• UK-side interface for specification, testing, and sign-off; oversee quality of delivered solutions.
• Identify automation opportunities and build business cases for new builds; prioritize workstreams.
• Stay current with low-code developments and advocate capabilities to business users.
