Job summary

Plan International is seeking a Power Platform Analyst to design, build and support low-code applications, automations and dashboards across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse. You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions that improve reporting, operational efficiency and data-informed decision making.

Working within Data & Analytics, you will collaborate with architecture, IT, and stakeholder teams globally to ensure governance, security and lifecycle

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, developing, testing and supporting Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI solutions.
• Practical knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 integrations, reporting controls and basic data modelling.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder engagement and solution documentation.
• Understanding of Power Platform governance, security, environments, connectors, permissions, data protection and lifecycle management.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900/PL-100/PL-200/PL-300) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into secure, scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Design, build, test and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards and Dataverse-based solutions.
• Develop user-centred applications and automations that simplify processes and improve efficiency.
• Apply solution design patterns across Power Platform components and related services.
• Ensure solutions are documented, governed and aligned with data governance standards.
