Job summary

You will work with stakeholders to capture processes, develop model-driven apps, automate workflows with Power Automate, and configure Dataverse. Certifications and offshore delivery experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Power Platform solutions in stakeholder-driven environments.
• Ability to translate business problems into user stories and specs.
• Knowledge of Dataverse design, security roles, and governance.
• Experience with offshore/nearshore delivery teams.
• Familiarity with agile software development and delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between operational business teams and technical delivery capability.
• Capture, validate, and document business requirements into user stories and functional specs.
• Support the design of Power Platform solutions and advise on the best approach.
• Develop model-driven apps and canvas Power Pages for user-facing apps.
• Create and maintain Power Automate flows to automate processes.
• Configure Dataverse tables, forms, and business rules.
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing solutions to ensure continuity of service.
• Act as UK-side interface for specification, testing, and sign-off.
