Job summary

Plan International is seeking a Power Platform Analyst in the United Kingdom to design, develop and continuously improve low-code business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. You will work with Data Architects, IT and global teams to deliver secure, scalable and well-documented solutions across 80+ countries.

The role focuses on governance, data protection and lifecycle management, with an emphasis on adoption and measurable improvements in efficiency and reporting

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in information systems, business technology, data analytics or a related field.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, testing and supporting Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI solutions.
• Practical knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 integrations, reporting controls and basic data modelling.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder engagement and solution documentation.
• Understanding of Power Platform governance, security, environments, connectors, permissions, data protection and application lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across global and technical/non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards and Dataverse-based solutions.
• Develop user-centred applications and automations that simplify business processes and improve efficiency.
• Apply solution design patterns across Power Platform and related services; ensure reliability and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, controls and data sources; promote self-service analytics and data literacy.
• Provide lifecycle management support across dev/test/prod environments and contribute to reusable patterns and templates.
