Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a highly skilled Power Platform / D365 Solution Architect to design, implement, and lead development teams across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE projects. You will drive solution architecture, integration design, and governance while mentoring engineers and coordinating with customers.

The role requires expertise across canvas/model-driven apps, Power Pages, D365 modules, and ALM strategies, with strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Architecture leadership experience with Power Platform and Dynamics 365, including ALM strategies.
• Experience configuring Power Automate workflows, .NET plugins, and JavaScript.
• Designing integrations between Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and external systems via APIs and middleware.
• Knowledge of Azure integration services (REST/SOAP, Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid).
• Strong Microsoft stack skills (.NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#) for custom integrations.
• Experience in Agile/DevOps, CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
• Ability to define non-functional requirements for enterprise-scale solutions.
• Excellent customer communication to capture and refine requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Power Platform and D365 solutions.
• Lead development teams and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Design integrations between MS platforms and external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Create architecture diagrams and high-level to detailed designs with configuration guides.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for users and technical staff.
• Oversee the lifecycle management of applications and solutions.
• Perform code reviews and promote adherence to best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and promote continuous improvement using AI copilots.
• Engage directly with customers to refine requirements and deliver value.
