Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Dynamics specialists to plan, design, and deliver solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform, including Power Platform, with strong ALM practices. You’ll collaborate with customers and internal teams to align design with project plans and deliver enterprise-scale solutions.

The role requires experience with migrations, cloud adoption, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project experience developing solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics platform and core technologies (D365 CE/Power Platform) and ALM strategies.
• Demonstrated experience delivering Dynamics migrations and upgrades.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 workflows (internal and Power Automate).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS and/or KingswaySoft.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in DevOps teams.
• Active Security Clearance or eligibility is a must for this role.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas apps and Model Driven apps, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI).
• Experience with the wider Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint, Teams.
• Experience integrating Dynamics solutions with APIs or third-party solutions.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking.
• Experience leading teams and delivering enterprise scale solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS/Azure Integration Services.
• Experience developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Field Service, Customer Insights Applications.
• Any Microsoft Certifications (MB-910, MB-200, MB-210, MB-230, MB-240, and/or PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400 series).

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, estimate, develop and implement Dynamics solutions based on established patterns and best practices, working with development teams as well as directly with customers.
• Assist in driving the adoption of cloud solutions and provide technical advice to team members.
• Engage with Technical Leads and Solution Architects to ensure technical delivery aligns with solution design/project plans.
• Continue to develop product and technology knowledge to deliver the best solutions for the customer.
• Liaise directly with customers to gather/refine requirements.
• Manage solutions through the application lifecycle.
