Qualifications

• Experience supervising operational or engineering teams.
• Strong focus on safe plant operations and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift activities and allocate work to meet priorities.
• Monitor plant performance using SCADA and control systems.
• Manage permit-to-work activities and safe mechanical and electrical isolations.
• Coordinate contractors and maintenance teams.
• Use CMMS to support maintenance planning and record keeping.
• Plan shutdown activities to minimise disruption.
• Maintain environmental, health, safety and quality standards.
• Coach colleagues and develop team members.
• Respond to incidents and follow emergency procedures.
• Support plant optimisation and continuous improvement.
