Michael Page is seeking a Shift Plant Operator to manage plant equipment on a Wolverhampton site within the Energy & Natural Resources sector. You will monitor conditions, perform checks, and maintain safety and reliability across 7-day shift patterns, including 7 days of day shifts and 7 nights over a 28-day cycle.

The role requires experience with plant turbines and boilers, strong procedural discipline, and clear communication during handovers.

Job Offer

Permanent Shift Plant Operator position based in Wolverhampton.

• Salary of £42,000 to £43,790 dependent on the level of experience.
