Job summary

eTeam Workforce Limited is recruiting a Power Platform Admin for an office-based role in Manchester. The 12-month contract requires 100% on-site work within a 07:00-19:00 UK window and a rotational on-call schedule.

Key responsibilities include administering Power BI Service, ensuring governance and security, monitoring health and refreshes, and coordinating with business stakeholders for platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Power BI Service and governance.
• Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID and access management.
• Understanding of governance, compliance and audit requirements.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Power BI Service, Workspaces, Apps and Dataflows.
• Manage tenant settings, user access, workspace permissions and security controls.
• Enforce governance standards, compliance, and reporting certification processes.
• Monitor platform health, capacity utilization, refresh schedules, usage metrics and audit logs.
• Manage gateways, data source connectivity and troubleshoot performance and refresh issues.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adoption and best practices.
