Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Power Platform Admin for a 12-month assignment, based in Manchester or Inverness, with 5 days in the office and a 12-hour service window.

The role administers Power BI Service, Workspaces, Apps and Dataflows, while enforcing governance, security controls and data source connectivity. Strong stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Power BI Service and governance of Cloud and Reporting Server.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and access management.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance and audit requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Power BI Service, Workspaces, Apps and Dataflows.
• Manage tenant settings, user access, workspace permissions and security controls.
• Enforce Power BI governance standards, compliance requirements, and reporting certification processes.
• Monitor platform health, capacity utilization, refresh schedules, usage metrics and audit logs.
• Manage gateways, data source connectivity and troubleshoot performance and refresh issues.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure platform adoption and best practices.

We are hiring a Power Platform Admin for a 12-month assignment based in Manchester or Inverness, with 5 days per week mandatory in the office and 100% office-based working during a 12-hour service window (07:00-19:00 UK time / 08:00-20:00 CET). This role also requires participation in a rotational on-call support schedule.
