Job summary

Searchability is seeking a Power BI Administrator to own administration, governance, security and performance of the Power BI environment. The role is 100% office-based in the UK, with sites in Inverness or Manchester, and requires BPSS clearance.

Responsibilities include managing tenant settings, data sources, gateways and dataflows while ensuring compliance and optimal platform health. As part of a 07:00–19:00 UK service window with rotational on-call, you will work with stakeholders to

Qualifications

• Power BI admin with governance focus required.
• Experience governing Power BI across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Managing workspaces, apps, dataflows, tenant settings and permissions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Power BI across Service, Workspaces, Apps and Dataflows.
• Manage tenant settings, user access and security controls in line with governance.
• Monitor platform health, capacity, refresh schedules and audit logs; document processes.
• Provide support within 07:00–19:00 UK window with on-call rotation.
