Job summary

Precision People is recruiting a Powder Coater for a Desborough facility. The role offers day shifts (7.30am–4.30pm Mon–Thu, 7.30am–12.30pm Fri) with a competitive rate and a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity on a friendly team.

You will work on a fast-paced production line, hang and unload parts, perform powder coating and related workshop duties in an engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced powder coater with at least 2 years' experience.
• Strong background in an engineering environment.
• Wet spraying experience is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced role is a must.
• Able to hit the ground running and work on own initiative.
