Job summary

Powder Coater position based in Worcestershire, offered on a permanent, full-time basis. The role focuses on preparing surfaces, applying powder coatings, and ensuring a high standard of finish across metal products.

Ideal candidates will have powder coating experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality within a busy production environment. Competitive salary dependent on experience, with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Powder Coater is essential.
• Experience with surface preparation and applying powder coatings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physically fit for standing and lifting during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean and inspect surfaces prior to powder coating.
• Apply powder coatings to a range of products including steel, aluminium and other metals.
• Ensure coatings are applied accurately and consistently to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Carry out surface preparation work in line with company procedures and specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Support other production activities as required.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Powder Coater to join a well-established manufacturing business. This role is ideal for a hardworking and quality-focused individual with previous powder coating experience who takes pride in delivering a high standard of finish across a variety of metal products.

Working within a busy production environment, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying powder coatings, and ensuring all finished products meet strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
