Kinetic plc is recruiting a Powder Coater for its Middleton site. You will prepare metal components for coating, apply powder coatings, and inspect finished products to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in powder coating, industrial spraying or metal finishing is desirable.

Kinetic Industrial are recruiting a Powder Coater to join an established metal manufacturing business based in Middleton. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for someone with powder coating or metal finishing experience who is looking to secure a permanent position within a busy manufacturing environment.

• Preparing metal components for powder coating
• Applying powder coatings to metal components using the required equipment
• Inspecting finished products and identifying coating defects
• Maintaining consistent finishing standards and product quality
• Supporting the coating and curing process
• Following work instructions and quality control procedures
• Handling metal components and carrying out manual production duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following health and safety procedures and wearing the required PPE
