The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced Powder Coater to join a well-established manufacturer based in the Kidderminster area. This is a full-time, ongoing position with regular daytime hours.

Duties include preparing surfaces, applying powder coatings to high-quality finishes, cleaning, masking and inspecting materials, performing quality checks and maintaining a safe working environment. Monday to Friday, day shifts, with weekly pay and potential for a permanent role.

Qualifications

• Powder coating experience is essential.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to production schedules.
• Good awareness of health and safety practices.
• Ability to undertake manual handling duties and stay on your feet during shift.
• Monday to Friday working pattern with day shifts.
• Ongoing work with potential for a permanent position.

Responsabilités

• Preparing metal components and surfaces ready for coating
• Applying powder coatings to a range of products to a high-quality finish
• Cleaning, masking and inspecting materials prior to coating
• Loading and unloading items onto coating lines and racks
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous powder coating experience
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing quality work
• The ability to follow instructions and work to production schedules
• Good awareness of health and safety practices
• The ability to undertake manual handling duties and remain on their feet throughout the shift
• Monday to Friday working pattern
• Day shifts only
• Ongoing work with the potential for a permanent position
• Weekly pay through The Best Connection
• 28 days holiday (subject to accrual)
