Job summary

Manpower are seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join a busy manufacturing and finishing operation in Nottingham. You will prepare and coat metal components to high-quality standards, ensuring products meet customer specs and quality requirements.

Shift pattern includes weekly rotating afternoons and nights, 2:00pm-10:00pm and 10:00pm-6:00am, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour plus shift allowance. This role offers career stability and on-site parking as part of a growing manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal components for coating, including cleaning, masking, and hanging parts.
• Set up and operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently.
• Apply powder coatings to achieve a consistent, high-quality finish.
• Carry out colour changes and monitor curing processes.
• Inspect completed components to ensure they meet required quality standards.
• Maintain equipment and work areas to ensure cleanliness and safe working practices.
• Follow production schedules and quality procedures.
• Adhere to all health and safety requirements within the manufacturing environment.

Powder Coater Location: Nottingham

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Weekly rotating shifts

• Afternoons: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Nights: 10:00pm - 6:00am
