Qualifications

• Experience in powder coating, industrial spraying or metal finishing is desirable.
• Understanding of metal preparation and coating processes.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to identify defects and maintain consistent finishing standards.
• Able to follow instructions and health and safety procedures.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal components for powder coating.
• Apply powder coatings to metal components using the required equipment.
• Inspect finished products and identify coating defects.
• Maintain consistent finishing standards and product quality.
• Support the coating and curing process.
