Job summary
WJF Technical Support Limited in Lytham St Annes is seeking a Powder Coat Sprayer to join a production team. You will operate manual and automated spraying booths to coat metal parts to a high quality finish.
The role is full-time and on-site with a salary of £14 per hour. You will follow HSE guidelines, wear PPE, and help maximise plant efficiency while maintaining clean, safe work areas.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining high quality standards at all times for standard and bespoke products
- Active contribution in maximising plant efficiency
- Proactive communication with supervisors, managers and Quality Control regarding production, quality and H&S issues
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
- Maintaining H&S standards following instructions and wearing of appropriate PPE

Working as part of a team to powder coat a variety of metal materials with manual and automated spraying booth in batch sizes from 1 to 1000, to a high quality finish, maximising plant efficiency.
